Parliamentary migration symposium, 9th April 2014

On 9th April, 2014, the Centre for Science and Policy, in collaboration with the Office of External Affairs and Communication and the CAMMIGRES network, hosted a parliamentary migration symposium, in the Atlee Suite, Portcullis House, House of Commons. 

CAMMIGRES network members provided policy briefs in the following areas:

'Supporting professionals' - Professor Loraine Gelsthorpe, on the criminalisation of migrant women.

'Within and across borders' - Dr Thomas Jeffrey Miley, on immigration identities attitudes and behaviours in the EU.

'Innovation, Opportunities and Skills' - Dr Tony Raven, Dr Michael Kitson, Dr Shamus Husheer, on immigration and high-tech growth
